01 / The service

GPT_SmokeyP is an independently operated personal AI assistant maintained by the project owner at [email protected]. This website explains the project and its policies. It does not provide public registration or grant access to the private assistant.

Use of the private assistant is limited to people and accounts authorized by the operator. These terms apply when using that assistant or its informational website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 / Connected accounts and actions

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Google handles authentication and consent, and its permissions determine what the integration can access. Keep credentials and access to your assistant session private.

You are responsible for the requests you make and for checking the intended account, recipients, content, calendar, and event details before authorizing actions. Sending email requires an instruction to send. Calendar event deletion requires preview and confirmation. An AI-generated draft alone is not an instruction to send it.

Messages and event changes can have effects outside the assistant. Disconnecting an account does not undo previously completed actions.

03 / Responsible use

Use the assistant lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not use it for unauthorized account access, spam, fraud, harassment, distributing malicious content, or bypassing access restrictions. Do not attempt to obtain another user’s credentials or private records.

04 / Accuracy and availability

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information and review consequential actions. The assistant is not a substitute for professional advice or an emergency service.

GPT_SmokeyP is provided as a personal project, as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or continued availability of every integration. Features can change or become unavailable because of maintenance, permissions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

05 / Privacy and third-party services

The privacy policy explains data access, local processing, retention, sharing, and deletion. Google and other services used for requested features have their own terms and privacy policies. Authorizing an integration does not transfer ownership of your content to the project operator.

GPT_SmokeyP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, GitHub, or OpenAI. Product names are used to identify the services involved.

06 / Ending access and changes

You may stop using the assistant and revoke connected access through your provider’s account settings. Contact the operator to request deletion of locally retained data as described in the privacy policy. Access may be suspended or ended for security, misuse, or changes to the personal project.

Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Material changes affecting authorized users will be communicated before they take effect. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
